SASE provided a turnkey design/build package for this feedlot expansion in North Texas. While increasing headcount was the primary goal of the project, the owner also wanted to create a state-of-the-art cattle working facility and cowboys horse barn to improve employee working conditions on the feedlot. this project was designed to meet specific parameters set forth by the owner including cattle flow, pen sizing, and integration into the existing feedlot infrastructure. Construction was started in August 2020 and completed in May 2021
